Active Ingredients: Pholcodine 15mg/15ml (regular), 15mg/5ml (forte)
Pholcodine 5.5mg, cetylpyridinium chloride 1.33mg (per lozenge).

Approved Indications: Unproductive irritating coughs associated with the common cold, sinusitis, influenza and infections of the upper respiratory tract.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any ingredient.

Precautions: Laxative effect with excess consumption (sorbitol/isomalt). Pregnancy, lactation.

Adverse Effects: Nausea, vomiting. Large doses may cause drowsiness, restlessness, excitement, ataxia, respiratory depression. If affected by drowsiness, do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery.

Directions: Lozenge - adults 2 lozenges then 1-2 lozenges three hourly, maximum 12 per day; children 5-12 years 1 lozenge three hourly, maximum 6 per day. Duro-Tuss Regular Linctus - adults 10-15 ml; children 6-12 years 5-10ml; children 2-5 years 2.5-5ml. Take up to three times daily. Duro-Tuss Forte Linctus - adults 5 ml, children 6-12 years 2-3ml, children 2-5 years 1ml. Take up to three times daily.Medicine Classification: Pharmacy Only Medicine
