Presentation: Enteric coated tablet 28s.

Active Ingredients: Aspirin 100mg.

Approved Indications: Platelet aggregation inhibitor. Inhibits blood clotting and reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke in patients with blood vessel disorders.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any ingredient, severe hepatic disease or renal damage, bleeding disorders, gastric ulceration. Patients in whom attacks of asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis are precipitated by aspirin or other NSAIDs. Concomitant anticoagulant therapy.

Precautions: Withdraw 1 week before surgery, concomitant gastric irritants (eg. NSAIDs), dehydration, asthma, pregnancy, lactation. Not recommended for children except under medical advice.

Adverse Effects: Minor gastrointestinal bleeding, nausea, vomiting, increased bleeding times, tinnitus, vertigo, hypersensitivity including bronchospasm.

Directions: Adults 1 tablet daily. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew.
